is the dream of Clive Farrell, acknowledged as the originator
of the ‘walk-through’ butterfly house concept.
Clive has 20 years' pioneering experience in successfully
running such projects and is constantly re-defining
and re-invigorating the butterfly house.
He is also at the cutting edge in creating British butterfly
habitats, and has created the richest wild flower meadow
in Dorset at his home.
By combining the world’s
largest walk-through butterfly house (the dome) with
26 acres of restored native butterfly habitats, Clive
is taking the concept to a whole new level – the
ultimate butterfly and moth exhibit.
In hatching this vision, Clive
has been assisted by John Calvert, director of the Stratford-upon-Avon
Butterfly Farm, which they co-own.
